I'm active and will be posting some of my favorite workouts and meals. I'm a vegetarian and try to eat mostly whole foods so it's lots of fruits and veggies :)!

workouts

Each day I do 30-90 minutes of cardio (meaning elliptical, running, steady walking, bike) plus either a 30-minute yoga video or 30-minute pilates video! For those who have instant netflix, my favorite videos are 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates and 10 Minute Solution: Yoga, both with Lara Hudson. They are FANTASTIC and give you a great workout that shows results fast!

Also, the toneitup girls have great videos on youtube, like these:

and there are so many more! just look up toneitup on youtube.

Also, I try to keep in mind to always take the stairs and take the long way to class…just stay active!

Here are some of my other favorites:

The 99 Challenge: This one is super challenging, but feels great! It does take a lot of time though so plan accordingly! Sometimes I substitute the run with pilates or a similar all-body exercise :)
